Setting up a new user

Setup a new user using the Register menu option − this must be done by the new user who will then receive an activation email to respond to − this method ensures that the user's password is secure.

This process will set the user up with an authority level of 0 and basic menu options.

To access the advanced menu options this authority level must be changed from 0 to 1 or 2 and must be done by someone with admin authority via the View User menu option.

The new user can then login.
